Bryan Naccarato grew up in Caney, Kansas and has lived in Valley Center since 1985. He received an associate degree in emergency medicine from Friends University and also has a Master Mechanical License. Bryan founded Bryan’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1986 after working in his family’s HVAC business in Caney. He is a member of RSES and regularly attends workshops to improve his company. Bryan is also a member of ACCA and belongs to a group of 13 companies from across the nation that meets twice a year to share ideas. His favorite part about the HVAC industry is that it is constantly changing, and he enjoys providing great customer service. Bryan is dedicated to building the best HVAC company in the area, which is accomplished by building relationships with employees, customers and vendors.
Clark Helstrom was born in Wichita, Kansas and currently resides in Sedgwick. He graduated from Wichita Technical Institute in 2004 and is Crane Certified as well as a licensed journeyman. Clark has worked in the HVAC industry and at Bryan’s for 12 years. At Bryan’s, Clark is a Comfort Consultant and is in charge of sales and works in designing and building HVAC systems as well as marketing. His favorite part about working in the HVAC industry is meeting and talking to people and helping take care of people’s needs. In his spare time, Clark enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and raising his three kids.
Sean Bennington is from El Dorado, Kansas and graduated from Wichita State University with a B.A. in Marketing. He recently joined the Bryan’s team in 2016 as a comfort consultant. Prior to working at Bryan’s, Sean ran his own business, where he learned the importance of listening to customers and figuring out solutions to help meet their needs. This has carried over to his role at Bryan’s, where he says his favorite part about working in the HVAC industry is meeting people and helping them in their time of need. In his spare time, Sean is involved with New Spring Church and enjoys spending time with his children.
Craig Frieden was born in Indiana, grew up in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania and has lived in the Wichita area since 1996. He attended Wichita Area Technical College and has been a block journeyman since 2002. Craig has 15 years of HVAC experience and has worked at Bryan’s for eight years. He began working at Bryan’s as a Service Technician and is now an Installation Supervisor. Craig attends local HVAC training and the ACCA National Convention each year. His favorite part about working in the HVAC industry is working with customers, improving processes and learning about new changes in the industry. In his spare time, Craig enjoys hunting, woodworking and riding his ATV.
Randy Taylor is from Peabody, Kansas and began working in the HVAC industry before he even graduated high school. He’s had his HVAC Masters Certificate since 1994 and is currently a member of the advisory board for the HVAC program at Wichita Technical Institute. He has worked 36 years in the HVAC industry and at Bryan’s for 13 years. Working in the HVAC industry, he has learned that people count on him every day, so he focuses on staying committed to his work. His favorite part about working in the HVAC industry is that he gets to be someone’s hero every day, and he enjoys making every interaction with customers and his coworkers a positive experience.
Dispatch & Maintenance
Daron Kalp is from Valley Center, Kansas and attended Wichita State University, where he studied in music and foreign language. He also attended customer service training clinics by Herman Cain, The New Flat Rate and Daviston Group. Daron has worked in the HVAC industry for seven years, and his favorite part about the job is helping people maintain their comfort level year round. He enjoys working at Bryan’s because of the balance of work experience and great training and expectations along with the company’s genuine concern for their customers. In his spare time, Daron enjoys spending time with his three children and playing and recording music.
Inventory Specialist & Operations Support
James Harmon is from Mt. Hope, Kansas and spent six years in the United States Navy before coming to work at Bryan’s. He has worked two years at Bryan’s, and his favorite part of the job is working with his fellow employees. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, reading and gardening.
Justin Grube is from Wichita, Kansas and attended Wichita Technical Institute. He has worked in the HVAC industry for three years and has worked all of those years with Bryan’s. He is experienced in standard split systems, geothermal, residential boilers and heat pumps. His favorite part about working in the HVAC industry is problem solving and helping to resolve stressful and uncomfortable breakdowns in comfort equipment. In his spare time, Justin enjoys restoring classic cars and spending time with his six children.
Abel Martinez Miranda is originally from Mexico and graduated from ITT Technical Institute’s HVAC program. He has worked as a service technician at Bryan’s for two years, and his favorite part about working in the HVAC industry is working with the clients. He enjoys talking to clients and helping them find great solutions. In his spare time, Abel enjoys playing drums, skating and spending time with his daughter.
Kyle Elmore is from Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Wichita Technical Institute’s HVAC program in March of 2016. He also has EPA Certification and ICE Exam Certification. Kyle has worked at Bryan’s since May of 2015 and enjoys that there is a new experience every day as well as an opportunity to learn more. Kyle is an RSES student member and enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing basketball and soccer.
Samantha Hayes is from Valley Center, Kansas and joined the Bryan’s team in July of 2016. She has worked in an office setting for more than 10 years and brings plenty of experience to her role as an office administrator. Samantha’s family owns a local business in Valley Center, and she was thrilled to join another family-owned business in Valley Center. Her favorite part about working at Bryan’s is meeting different people and learning about what the HVAC industry entails. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and children.
Rachel Huynh is from Wichita, Kansas and is attending Wichita Technical Institute to become HVAC EPA certified. Rachel became interested in the HVAC industry after going on a few ride alongs with her great aunt who has more than 40 years of HVAC experience. Rachel joined the Bryan’s team in August of 2016 as a service technician, and her favorite part about the job is meeting different people every day. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys watching movies, reading, playing games with her family and relaxing with her dogs at home.
Nate Taylor is from Valley Center, Kansas and attended Friends University. He has worked in the HVAC industry for 10 years and joined the Bryan’s team more than four years ago. Nate started in this industry not really knowing how to use tools, but through the teaching of a lot of mentors and hard work, he has grown into an outstanding installer. In his spare time, Nate is involved with Life Point Church as a youth leader and member as well as a Duck’s Flying Disc team member.
Jehramy Heckman is from Wichita, Kansas and attended Cowley County Community College and Wichita Technical Institute. Jehramy joined the Bryan’s team in October 2016 after six years of previous work in the HVAC industry. He enjoys meeting new people and facing the difficult challenges that his job in the HVAC industry brings. In his spare time, Jehramy is an Air Capital Disc Golf Club vice president and a member of the Duck’s Flying Disc team. In addition to playing disc golf, you can also find Jehramy camping, hunting and fishing.
